  • How long will it take me to get my order?
    For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days. For Faster or Fastest shipping, our Expedited shipping rates vary based on weight, mailing address, desired delivery date. Please note, while most packages do arrive within 1-2 business days of the estimated 'faster/fastest' delivery date, we do not guarantee delivery on the estimated date shown during checkout.
  • Can I cancel and return my order?
    Since our products are customized, we don't take back any order after its delivered. Whereas, the customer always have a time of 24 hours to cancel and ask for refund if they have opted for standard shipping. There is no such option available is fast-delivery orders.
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    We have you covered! We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order. Please note Relive Memories is not responsible for stolen packages.
  • Are there any restrictions on the text or images I can use for customization?
    While we encourage creativity, we do have some guidelines to ensure a positive experience for all customers. Avoid offensive content, trademarks, or copyrighted material without proper authorization.
  • I received the wrong package, what do I do?
    Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our production units. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, and our customer service team is here to help make things right.
